The Challenge
The founder of one of the most successful e-commerce sites in the Shipping industry had a revolutionary idea to make the World a better place by reducing the overall footprint of shipping while, at the same time, reducing the cost to individuals of shipping household goods. This idea would require technology that did not yet exist in the industry.
Our Approach
The Cloudify team worked hand-in-hand with the customer to put together a complete strategy, including helping them write the Business Plan itself. As part of the process, our Development team architected a Cloud-based platform to support this radical new approach, and crafted the User Experience for both desktop and mobile. Our Finance team played a pivotal role, performing the analysis and guiding the customer through the creation of the Financial Model. And our Leadership team was able to find key partners for them, such as an insurance underwriter.
The Results
An entirely new line of business projected to grow to $50M over the next 5 years.
